Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a subscription purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. Where a refund is granted, access to paid features ends and any credits granted by that purchase are removed from your balance.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future billing; it is not itself a refund request. Your plan stays active and you keep access to Pro features and the credits already granted for the current period until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date the subscription does not renew and your account returns to the free tier.

Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month; annual plans stop at the end of the current year of service.

Credits are consumed as soon as you generate respondents, run a survey or produce a report, and that consumption cannot be reversed. One-off credit top-ups are refundable within 30 days to the extent the credits are unused. If something went wrong on our side — a failed generation, a duplicate charge or a run that consumed credits without producing results — contact us and we will restore the credits or refund you regardless of the period above.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders, which handles payments and returns. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you purchased with, or email us at hezefaaliasger53@gmail.com and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 3–10 business days to appear.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under the law of your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Anything not covered by the terms above is governed by Paddle’s own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
